HTC has been continuously introducing quality smartphones with latest technology in different prices. This time they will be launching a new phone called the Proto. The launch could be a bit delayed, somewhere as soon as next week.
There were certain rumors surrounding HTC, which they were finding things a little tougher these days and are looking towards price cuts to boost sales. If this information turns true, the HTC Proto could be the first smartphone to have that policy in action.

The HTC Proto could be a possible replacement or a follow-on for the HTC One V.
The leaked device from HTC does not look similar to the One V and with very little in the way of specification, it’s hard to do a compare and contrast as for now. The information leaked so far is the device sporting a 4 inch WVGA display, 5 Megapixel camera and a 1 GHz dual-core Snapdragon processor, all loaded into a 9.62 mm thick shell.
All products from HTC will be on show at IFA, creating high chances for this device to launch then, possibly as part of a new range of handsets rather than a hidden issue, adding to what is already looking like a very crowded schedule.
