The Blackberry Bold 9900 is also known as the BlackBerry Dakota, the BlackBerry Magnum and the BlackBerry Bold Touch. It was first seen in the market on the month of August last year, inheriting RIM technology, making it the thinnest and most powerful Blackberry smartphone till date. The device features a QWERTY keyboard and a touchscreen, supporting Near Field Communication technology.

Camera of the Samsung phone is that of 8 Megapixels, with auto-focus and LED flash. The camera comes with a unique feature called Zero-Lag Shutter Speed that allows users to capture moving objects. The smartphone also features a 1.9 megapixel camera which can record HD video at 30 frames per second.
The BlackBerry Bold 9900 on the other hand sports a decent 5 Megapixel camera which captures HD video in 720 pixels. It sports features like 4x digital zoom, LED flash, face detection, image stabilisation, geo-tagging, multiple scene modes and like the Galaxy S3, Zero Shutter Lag. The device does not have a secondary camera and lacks auto focus too.
Connectivity
Connectivity options of the Samsung Galaxy S3 include Wi-Fi a/b/g/n, Wi-Fi HT40 and Bluetooth v4.0, as well as Near Field Communication. On the other hand, BlackBerry Bold offers Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v2.1 with A2DP and EDR and NFC. Data speeds supported by the smartphone are up to HSDPA 14.4Mbps and HSUPA 5.7Mbps.
Storage
Storage options of both these devices are amazing. The Samsung Galaxy S3 comes with storage options of 16 GB and 32 GB with Samsung promising to release the 64 GB version soon. The BlackBerry Bold 9900 offers storage space up to 32GB. Both these devices support microSD cards allowing you to expand storage according to needs.
