On the other hand, Xperia Arc S was first seen on the month of September 2011 in colors of Pure White, Midnight Blue, Misty Silver, Gloss Black and Sakura Pink. Specifications of both these smartphones are quite similar to each other with only one difference between them. The Xperia Arc comes with an operating system of Android version 2.3 (Gingerbread), planned upgrade to v4.0 on a CPU of 1 GHz Scorpio processor, Adreno 205 GPU chipset.

On the other hand, the Xperia Arc S accompanies an excellent operating system of Android version 2.3.4 (Gingerbread) v4.0.4, not upgradable to v4.1 along with a CPU of 1.4 GHz Scorpio processor, Adreno 205 GPU chipset.
